•       Post-doctorate presso il laboratorio del prof. F.K. Fong , Chemistry Department, Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana (USA) (1985-1986)

•       Short term guest presso la Purdue University per i mesi di Ottobre degli anni 1987 e 1988.

•       Invited guest presso i laboratori del prof. R. Carpentier presso il "Centre de Researche in Photobiophisique" Universitè du Quebec a Trois Revieres-Canada per il periodo Maggio-luglio 1990.

    •       isolation, reconstitution and chemical-physics investigation of biomaterials involved in biological energy transduction and molecular recognition.
